"My husband & I have had Aubrey Holt as our State Farm agent for multiple years. She is always helpful & efficient with our time. We met Aubrey when we lived in Oregon, some years before we moved to Washington state. Aubrey is licensed in both states so we kept her as our agent after our move. My husband and I initially met Aubrey in person to discuss our needs. After that, our policies were updated via email or phone (per our preferences), then signed via DocuSign (as needed). Making insurance convenient & accessible is something Aubrey & her support staff are really good at. Her staff answer phones, coordinate schedules and so on (shout-out to Shelby M. for the great service!!). Aubrey's team answers emails quickly with answers to my policy questions & Aubrey is also easy to schedule with for an in-person or virtual/phone meeting. Aubrey likes to re-evaluate policies/coverage yearly with us to make sure everything continues to meet our needs. The meetings have been really helpful. Aubrey easily communicates the options for various policies and levels of coverage. She explains differences between various choices and related trends in other clients’ selections. Aubrey updates her recommendations to us based upon changes to our income and financial status. We use State Farm for our car insurance, renter's insurance, umbrella policy (overall liability), & my husband's life insurance (mine is only through my work). State Farm has been my insurance of choice and my parents' insurance of choice for decades. If you want insurance that actually works when you need it, use State Farm. State Farm corporate has always been easily reachable by phone when our insurance agent’s office is closed. Whenever we have an issue (such as with a rock cracking our windshield, our car getting broken into, or getting rear-ended), State Farm resolves the matter quickly and conveniently with minimal cost to ourselves (we like low deductibles). A couple of close friends were using AllState as their auto insurance company, because they wanted cheap coverage. About 2-3 years ago, they had a MISERABLE time trying to get help from AllState on a weekend night when their car broke down. They called us to come help them. My husband and I met them at their car & waited in their car with them while they called AllState. We witnessed horrible customer service. These friends were on hold with AllState for 40+ minutes with NO customer support!! They finally hung up and we figured out what to do together. This experience affirmed that you get what you pay for. We've never had a poor customer service experience with State Farm or Agent Aubrey.
